Program Overview

Two Hours. Two Focus Areas.

The Homeschool Athlete Club combines athletic training with personal development. Each session is two hours long and divided into two focused blocks — one for basketball performance and one for athlete development off the court.

This is not an accredited school, a full academic curriculum, a medical injury-prevention service, or a college scholarship guarantee. It is a training and development program designed for homeschool athletes who want to grow on and off the court.

1:00–2:00 PM

Hour 1 — Basketball Performance

The first hour focuses on physical training and basketball skill development. Athletes work through structured drills and exercises designed to build on-court skills and athletic performance.

Basketball Skills

Ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, and game awareness.

Strength Training

Functional strength work to build athletic power and durability.

Agility & Plyometrics

Speed, lateral quickness, and explosive movement development.

Injury Prevention

Movement preparation and protective training as part of athletic development.

2:00–3:00 PM

Hour 2 — Athlete Development

The second hour moves beyond the court. Athletes learn skills that support long-term growth in sports and in life — from leadership and mindset to financial literacy and personal branding.

Leadership & Mindset

Building confidence, accountability, and a growth-oriented approach.

Community Service

Understanding the value of giving back and being a positive community member.

Financial Literacy

Age-appropriate fundamentals around saving, budgeting, and money habits.

Nutrition & Recovery

How fuel, rest, and recovery habits support athletic performance.

Social Media & Personal Branding

Building a responsible and positive presence online as an athlete.

Character & Community

Developing integrity, respect, and teamwork that extend beyond sports.
